Yield: 1/4 cup
Ingredients
- 2 cinnamon sticks, broken
- 1 T. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
- 1 tsp. whole allspice
- 1 tsp. juniper berries
- 1 tsp. crumbled whole mace
- 2 tsp. black peppercorns
- 1 tsp. dill seeds
- 4 dried bay leaves
- 1 small piece dried ginger
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight jar up to 2 months.
