Entries must meet the following requirements and you represent and warrant and agree that: Your Entry was created by you or you have the rights or received prior permission from any person involved in its creation or any person depicted in the materials and you have the right to use the Entry, and all elements of the Entry, and can grant the license granted herein; The Entry does not contain any prominent use of third-party trademarks, trade names, brands or logos; The Entry does not depict any individual other than the Entrant; The Entry does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and The Entry can’t be offensive or contain any elements such as nudity, graphically violent imagery, sexually suggestive imagery or be explicitly racial, profane, slanderous or visually depict alcohol or gambling or be contrary to the interests of the Column or Sponsor, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
By entering, you grant Sponsor the perpetual, fully paid, irrevocable, exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, license, display or other-wise use throughout the world your Entry in any manner for any purpose, including advertising for Sponsor or others without further consent or payment to you or any other person or entity. The Entry may be published and posted online, but you agree that Sponsor has no obligation to post or publish your Entry. You will hold Sponsor harmless from any claim by any third party relating to any rights in your Entry.
Entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever against Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest. By participating, Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas that might be contained in an Entry.
