Goat’s Milk & Cherry Spiced Smoothie

Put a cold-weather twist on your daily smoothie by blending in some warming spices with your fruit and milk.

Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup goat’s milk
  • 1 cup frozen, pitted sweet or tart cherries
  • 1 T. honey
  • pinch ground allspice
  • pinch ground cloves

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a ­blender. Purée on high until smooth, about 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
