Sugared Rum Balls

Rum balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • granulated sugar

Preparation
Mix ingredients in the order listed. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place balls on wax paper until they harden. Store in a tightly closed container.

Makes about 3 dozen.
